Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During peak times (like holidays or special promotions), please allow an extra day or two. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping on orders over $50
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within 20 miles. For orders under $50, we charge $10 for local delivery.
We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to arrange local delivery/pickup.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand soon!
Issues with Delivery
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at orders@shopthesoapshed.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
